Ingredients
• 6.8 US fl. Oz of Juçaí’s sorbet (any flavor)
• 1 passion fruit pulp
• Persian lime juice
• A piece of ginger (about an inch square)
• 1 glass of coconut water – (the amount of water varies according to the consistency of the Juçaí)
Preparation mode
Let the Juçaí thaw for approximately 10 minutes, at room temperature. Blend all the ingredients until it becomes a smooth mixture.
